Hotel Specialist (Hotelfachkraft)

A Hotel Specialist is a versatile professional in the hotel industry, working in various areas such
as reception, service, housekeeping, and event management. This role includes caring for
guests from arrival to departure, ensuring smooth operations, and maintaining a high
standard of service.
Qualifications & Requirements:
● Education: Anabin H Plus or recognized vocational training as a Hotel Specialist.
● Professional Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in the hotel industry.
● German Level: B2/C1
● English Level: B1/B2
● Additional: Anabin H+ degree.
Key Responsibilities:
● Greeting and assisting guests, check-in and check-out.
● Processing reservations and inquiries.
● Service in the restaurant, bar, or at events.
● Preparation and maintenance of guest rooms.
● Handling complaints and ensuring guest satisfaction.
● Billing and cash management.
● Collaboration with all hotel departments.
