PLC Programmer (SPS-Programmierer)

A PLC Programmer (PLC stands for “Programmable Logic Controller”) designs, programs, and
commissions control systems for industrial automation. This role includes developing logic for
automated machines and processes to ensure efficient and reliable operation in
manufacturing, production, and other industrial environments.
Qualifications & Requirements:
● Education: Anabin H Plus or relevant vocational training in automation, electrical
engineering, or IT.
● Professional Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience as a PLC Programmer.
● German Level: B2
● English Level: B1/B2
● Additional: Experience with DIN/ISO standards is essential.
Key Responsibilities:
● Development, programming, and testing of PLC software for industrial automation
systems.
● Design of control logic and sequences for automated machines and processes.
● Configuration and integration of hardware components (sensors, actuators,
drives).
● Commissioning and optimization of automated systems on-site.
● Troubleshooting and debugging of PLC programs and control problems.
● Creation and maintenance of technical documentation, including circuit diagrams
and flowcharts.
● Collaboration with electrical engineers, mechanical engineers, and production
teams.
Preferred Skills:
● Expertise in PLC programming languages (e.g., Ladder Logic, Structured Text).
● Proficiency with common PLC platforms (e.g., Siemens TIA Portal, Rockwell Studio
5000).
