Service Technician for CNC Machines (Servicetechniker für CNC Maschinen)

A Service Technician for CNC Machines is responsible for the installation, maintenance,
troubleshooting, and repair of computer numerically controlled (CNC) machines in the
manufacturing industry. This role includes on-site service, diagnosing complex mechanical
and electronic faults, performing preventive maintenance, and ensuring the optimal
performance and reliability of CNC machines.
Qualifications & Requirements:
● Education: Anabin H Plus or relevant vocational training in mechanics,
mechatronics, or electrical engineering.
● Professional Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience as a Service Technician
for CNC machines.
● German Level: B2
● English Level: B1/B2
● Additional: Experience with service/maintenance of CNC machines is essential.
Key Responsibilities:
● Installation, commissioning, and setup of CNC machines at customer sites.
● Performing routine maintenance, inspections, and preventive maintenance.
● Diagnosing and resolving complex mechanical, electrical, and electronic faults.
● Repairing or replacing faulty components and assemblies.
● Performing performance tests and calibrations.
● Providing technical support and training to customers.
● Maintaining accurate service records and reports.
● Adhering to safety protocols and quality standards.

mechanics.
