System Gastronomy Specialist (Fachkraft System-Gastronomie)


A System Gastronomy Specialist is specialized in the processes and standards of system
catering establishments (e.g., fast-food chains, standardized restaurants). This role includes
preparing food according to fixed recipes, customer service, complying with hygiene
regulations, and ensuring efficient workflows in a standardized environment.
Qualifications & Requirements:
● Education: Anabin H Plus or relevant training in system gastronomy or
gastronomy.
● Professional Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in system gastronomy.
● German Level: B1/B2
● English Level: B1/B2
● Additional: High service orientation and teamwork skills.
Key Responsibilities:
● Preparing food and beverages according to standardized recipes and quality
specifications.
● Serving customers and taking orders.
● Cashier duties and processing payments.
● Adhering to strict hygiene and cleanliness standards.
● Assisting with goods receipt, storage, and inventory.
● Ensuring a smooth and efficient service process.
● Cleaning and maintaining the work area and equipment.
● Handling customer feedback and complaints.
